These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Contecify (the 'Platform'), a marketplace that connects software builders ('Builders') with buyers ('Explorers'). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform.
2. Builder listings
Builders are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and any claims made. Contecify reviews listings before they go live but does not warrant any product. Listings that are misleading, unlawful, or infringing may be removed.
3. Explorer conduct
Explorers agree to use the Platform to evaluate and connect with Builders in good faith and not to scrape, resell, or misuse listing data or contact information.
4. AI tool credits
Contecify may provide credits that can be used to access AI-powered tools on the Platform. Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Credit requirements and available tools are shown before use and may change as the Platform evolves.
5. Meetings
Meetings booked through the Platform are between the Explorer and Builder. Contecify facilitates scheduling but is not a party to any resulting agreement or transaction.
6. Intellectual property
The Contecify name, logo, and Platform are our property. Builders grant us a limited licence to display their content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contecify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any dealings between Explorers and Builders.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
